Delivery & Returns


We love our clients and try our best to showcase all of our products and their colours as accurately as possible on our website. We do understand that picking the right colour, fit or print may not be easy when choosing from the computer screen, therefore we provide multiple images showing each product in studio and in outdoor light.

We are very proud that in 5 years of operating our brand with countless international shipments, we have never had one single return. Honest communication prior to order – is everything for us. So, if you have doubts about your size or fit – please do email us on prior to payment.

We operate a No-Refund policy, however, if the dress is in an intact condition and has not be worn, we can offer an exchange within 7 days from the date you received the package providing the following conditions:

  • Returned dress will be replaced by another at the same price, a handling fee of 40 USD has to be paid towards the second shipment. No refund will be given.

  • You must contact us first at with the subject “Exchange” and explanation of your reasons prior to shipping. Please note that exchange for merchandise returned without contacting us will be denied.

  • We do not offer exchange for a “change of mind” or cancellation on any product.

  • In Case of the Technological problem (“Faulty stitches”, “Stain” or similar condition) – please send us an email at with the subject “Fault”, full description and images of the problem. We can offer exchange with the same product (if in stock) or product of the same price category


Katya offers Express Registered 7-10 days worldwide shipment with Emirates Post, the National post of United Arab Emirates. Express shipping with DHL is possible at additional charge if requested by client.

Delivery times: aims to get all orders dispatched within 1-2 business days from the date when your payment is received. Post usually takes between 3 to 10 working days, depending on the destination.

If you need our product for a particular occasion and you have a tight deadline and doubt if you will receive your order on time – please contact us on prior to payment.

Once your order is shipped, we will email you the tracking number with which you can track your shipment on.

Import Taxes:

You may have to pay import taxes and/or customs duties. These charges are separate from your order with us and you will be billed directly for them. does not take responsibility for any extra charges that may occur once the shipment leaves Dubai.

Correct Shipment Information (Address, phone number and email address):

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number and email are full and complete during the order process. The phone number and email may be used by the shipping company to contact you in case they have a problem delivering your order. does not use any of the information provided by clients for any other reason, rather than contacting you regarding your order. is not responsible for any incorrectly entered address on your order and will not be hold responsible if the shipment is not delivered due to this reason.

All shipments to the countries serviced by Emirates Post and their subsidiaries will require a full P.O. Box address to ensure a successful delivery.

Customs Information:

Katya will not be liable for packages refused or held by customs. does not take responsibility for any extra charged to the customer by customs/duty/VAT.

We request that you contact your customs office and enquire about import regulations and restrictions before placing your order. It is important for you to become familiar with Customs policies for your specific country before ordering.

Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing their regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, the delivery being delayed or even returned.


Please note that if your order is returned to us due to a banned/restricted products policy, a wrong address, refusal to pay custom fees, refusal to accept the order or because no one was there to accept delivery, we will refund your order as follows: You will be refunded the total amount of the order, minus the handling fee of 40 USD or 140 AED. We will also subtract any other charges has incurred during processing such as bank/paypal fees/currency conversion etc.

If the cost to return the product to us is larger than the cost of the refund due, we will instruct the carrier to abandon the order and there will be no credit for the order. If the product(s) is seized by the customs, there will be no credit processed for the product(s). Exchange will not be issued until the packages are physically in our warehouse.
